He has been a Christian since 1981, having since been greatly influenced musically and spiritually by Keith Green, Matthew Ward, The Second Chapter of Acts, Russ Taff and Michael Card. Even greater than their musical abilities was their commitment and love for Jesus that stood out to him.

In the 80's Robert toured with the Sounds Of Joy music group while attending Christ For The Nations Bible School in Dallas, TX.

Robert has been called to minister the saving power of Jesus Christ, through music, knowing that God can, and will, redeem us in our areas of brokeness.

God has led Robert on a wonderful journey of preparation during years of trials and uncertainty in life for the task he has been called to fulfill. Robert is currently working towards obtaining a Master's of Divinity and becoming a licensed Pastoral Counselor.
